Mathematics in the Honors Classroom

What distinguishes 'honorable' mathematics from 'regular' mathematics?  Does the difference lie in content, pedagology, students, or all of the above and so much more.  This roundtable will give honors mathematics instructors and students a chance to weigh in on this topic.
