Because of the nature of autism and its variable spectrum of symptoms, performing arts therapies with their wide range and flexible qualities must be regarded as legitimate therapeutic mediums.

Targeting female athletes who particpate in pivoting sports, a newly designed preventative training program was implemented at the University of South Alabama during pre-season and in-season conditioning. Pre-season and post-season comparative testing indicated that training had a significantly positive effect on the risk of Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury.
