A Contribution to Reflective Resilience in Banking and Hospitals

Combining the insights of both security management and the Honours Programme, the PhD project aims to research whether security managers can develop an awareness to make predictive incident indicators explicit and choose consciously to make use of these predictive indicators from individual level, to organization and branch level.
