The results of 2013 survey of the members of the Commonwealth Honors Programs in Massachusetts’ public higher education system. Twenty-three members from the three levels (University of Massachusetts campuses, state universities, and community colleges) participated, giving the first comprehensive portrait of very different resources aims as well as shared concerns.
