Honors conference planning as management training: how to increase student participation

Tennessee Tech University's honors students are intricately involved in the preparation of conferences, which increases our participation in conferences. As our student conference chair, I will demonstrate the academic, financial, and social benefits gained through student work. Our system of connections, communication, and training will be exhibited.
