Reforming Alabama's 1901 Constitution

In 1901, 155 delegates created a document that reflected their similar minority interests at the expense of the majority of Alabamians. The negative effects of the document are evidenced throughout Alabama today. We will examine the numerous deficiencies of Alabama's constitution and the negative impacts they have had on Alabamians.
