Leveling the Playing Field: Using Verbal Puzzles to Enable Collective Critical Thinking and Diversification of Thought

Providing honors students with challenges for which they have no prior knowledge forces them to think critically and come up with solutions based upon their own method of thinking. This presentation will be exploring verbal puzzles as a method for creating such an environment.
